New beginnings

Five years after its inception, Vocal Fusion has moved on to a new generation as the original four members Rowan, Louise, Douglas and Dominic have naturally moved on from when they started the group as undergraduates at the RSAMD in Glasgow. With Rowan, Dominic and Douglas all now studying in London it had become impractical to keep the group together in its original form. So, a careful transition has occurred as Deborah, Catriona, Christopher and Alastair have gradually taken over. Their aim is to maintain the same high standards and traditions set by the founder members.

Douglas offered this parting comment:

"I am so glad that Deborah, Catriona, Alistair and Christopher are taking over Vocal Fusion. It is extra special that my role as Baritone will be filled by my younger brother! I wish them all the best, and look forward to hearing them sing".
